At Kosei-Games, service delivery begins only after full payment is received and all required information has been provided, such as game login details, preferences, or scheduling confirmation.

Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe

• Boosting Services: Typically completed within 1–3 business days
• Coaching Sessions: Arranged within 24–48 hours
• Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching/boosting session is scheduled, if the session is not utilized, the session will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service

Notes

• Delivery times may vary based on in-game factors, order volume, or special requests
• All services are digital; no physical products are shipped
• Customers will be informed of any scheduling changes or expected delays

Delivery Delays

• Incomplete or incorrect account details
• Game server maintenance or outages

Upon completion of your service, you will receive confirmation via email or through your account dashboard.
